Returns
The item must be in its original condition, with tags still in place, please note the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please note if an item is not returned in its original condition or within the time frame, a refund may be declined.

Please package the garment securely in a tracked courier bag.
Your return will be processed within 7 working days. If you have selected or ordered an item that we have altered for you: shorter hemline, different sleeve etc, we are unable to accept returns on these items unless they are faulty.
Return of Sale items
Consider your sale purchases carefully, we do not offer refunds on sale items, we will accept for a store credit within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
Faulty Items
If there is any fault with the garment please email lorayne@madebylorayne.com attach a picture if possible and let me know what the issue is. This must happen within the first 7 days of your purchase.
Send the garment back to the address above and we will repair, replace, exchange or refund depending on the situation, and refund you the cost of courier on producing receipt of costs.
Returns shipping
Made by Lorayne is not liable for the loss of an item which is being returned, so please securely package and return using a registered mail/courier.
